mariwasa
unless the newer driver has bugs or causes problems with your system, it's better to use the latest drivers even if you don't get any noticeable improvements.

Nuggstein
Yeah, do these drivers allow for overclocking? 163.44 doesn't. (8600m GT)

TY so so so much, don't even remember anymore how many freaking driver builds ive tried so far :) I don't know I have the m9700 and it enables but I really don't think sli is working yet. no increase in performance and third party apps show no sli. Sunksat
I don't know I have the m9700 and it enables but I really don't think sli is working yet. no increase in performance and third party apps show no sli. nHancer tells me SLi is enabled. Only tested it with WoW so far and that seems to work quite ok, going to install World in Conflict, that might give an indication if SLi is indeed working as supposed. EDIT: Tbh it seems as if the second gfx card isnt being utilized at all, no matter what resolution still the same framerate (not limited by Vsync), was nice to live in bliss hehe. Anyway thanks for the drivers EDIT2: 3dMark06 only reports 1 gfx card as being used, score as low as 4281, better luck next time I guess Edited October 8, 2007 by Sunksat
tunaphish6
I love how people post their minuscule increases in scores when in reality it could just be the difference from just looking at your computer the wrong way...... :) But I'm really lookign forward to fixes like B&W 2, F.E.A.R. and the whole Source engine........ I'm constantly getting crashes on those..... Edited October 8, 2007 by tunaphish6
