Windows Vista 6800go weird driver issues

Hi there guys. Im having issues with my 6800go and vista ultimate. I have installed 163.xx drivers and after a few days the drivers revert back to the original system drivers and in the DXdiag it shows the date to be 26/12/2006. Anyone got any clues?

Also i was wondering if anyone knew how to delete system files in the System32 folder as it wont let me?
