iudeus
Which one is better ? (at least for my configuration) I've got 163.69 which is better then the standard one, but 163.75 is newer...however it does not necessairly mean that it's better. Anyone? Guest Bournie
If you have an SLI system or you play HL2 Episode 2, I would recommend 163.75. There is a German article, you can see there some benchmarks of different games with different Forceware drivers: http://www.computerbase.de/artikel/hardwar...re_16375_sli/4/
iudeus
ok, 10x, but...if i DON'T HAVE SLI (as shown on my profile on the left side of my posts... - 8400m gt - ) and don't (at least yet) play hl e1/2, and play games like quake wars, world in conflict, FEAR, c&c tiberium wars...and especially halo 2 (it crashes all the time, maybe there's a special driver for it), which is better? Guest Bournie
@iudeus Then take 163.66. It's the best driver, if you don't use SLI. I use this driver and Halo 2 now works fine. (The strange graphic errors are gone)
iudeus
can't seem to finde 163.66 anywhere. Btw, in halo 2 i wasn't getting a graphic error, it just simply crashed between 1-20 minutes in to the game, saying halo 2 has stopped working....randomly
