mrmirenga Posted October 17, 2007 Report Share Posted October 17, 2007 hi, my sony laptop came with a NVIDIA GeForce Go 6400 video card and i am having a very very frustrating time updating it... the nvidia driver setup says that my driver is not compatible. the sony site lists no driver update above the one i currently have (version 7.7.4.2) it hasn't been updated since 2005 and i'm really struggling here. please if you know anything about this i'd really appreciate the help. thanks in advance. I have an issue running a "Steam" game. They have a self diagnostic tool, which told me the following: Your nVidia display drivers are currently out of date For updated drivers, click here Display Adapter: NVIDIA GeForce Go 6400 Display Version: 6.14.10.7742 Recommended Driver Version: 91.47 Recommended Driver Date: 09/01/2006 Sorry I can't tell you where to get it, I wish I knew myself.
