einsteincbs Posted October 23, 2007 Report Share Posted October 23, 2007 (edited) I have noticed that the newer drivers dont seem to work well with some games that requires a low-end video card... Those games (that uses real arcade, wild tangent, Zuma Deluxe, Peggle Deluxe,...) doesn't require anything special (as they work in old on board video cards pretty well) , and they worked well in mine 7400 (until ~130 drivers). But with the newer drivers, they just look weird, and slow, very slow.... The problem is eliminated by disabling 3d aceleration... which disables the games "special" effects Anyone knows what is happening, because i think that other games may be slowed by the same problem... Note: Games that uses OpenGl and direct3d are working just fine (HL 2, Oblivion, BioShock...) :) My specs are: Intel Core 2 duo T5500 @1.66 GHz NVIDIA GeForce Go 7400 128MB 2GB DDR RAM Current driver: 163.71 Edited October 23, 2007 by einsteincbs Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
