farmer_fred Posted October 28, 2007 Report Share Posted October 28, 2007 hello, ive had a sony vaio VGN S45P for a few years now and last week I started getting green vertical lines running down the screen, then the screen started flashing on and off. I have tried old and new drivers but seems to have little difference. I think it is a hardware issue, as when I touch the laptop the shapes on screen will change. The graphic card is a Nvidia Go 6200 and in device manager it is saying code 10, so its not responding. i managed to get it working fine all day yesterday, and its packed up on me again. I'm not very technically minded but any ideas on what this could be, and chances of getting it repaired/replaced would be great. thanks very much! this website has been great help over past couple of years for drivers!
