Monitoring temperatures and which drivers to use

I recently unlocked my Dell Inspiron E1705 GeForce 7900GS Go. I am able to OC it via NTune but I'm not sure how to monitor temperatures and exactly what drivers I should be using that normally working best with this OC'ed card. I tried I8kfanGUI but it said that my core temperature was 100 F for the core but wouldn't display GPU temp. RivaTune said my core temp was 70 F. Anyone able to tell me what program is best to monitor temperatures and how to configure it to display the proper GPU temp as well as what drivers I should be using for this card under XP would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
