The aus alienware website doesnt have a support page, all it says is "coming soon"... so i tried to go to the US site and well what do you know? it requires a username and password. So i try to create an account but am unable to do so due to the fact that my account/order number isnt valid (probably coz its aus)... the only way i can get support is by going to other sites or calling them (which is fine) but i would really appreciate it if someone here that has an account with them would pm me their username and password.
