Toshiba P100 (PSAD) / Counter Strike / Ping Spikes

Hi guys, I'm having problems playing Counter Strike Source on my new Toshiba P100 (T5500 / 2GB RAM / nvidia go 7600 / vista home pro).

I used to play on the very same server / internet conection with my old Packard Bell P4, 512MB RAM.

When I play on my laptop I got lag spikes a lot. My ping goes from 30ms to ~150ms for few seconds and come back to 30ms. It's always like this on any server I try to play.

I have been looking for a solution for long time without any success.

Does anyone here have any clues?
