eon
Hello: I have been trying to install XP Professional on my G1s (new HDD) and all has gone smoothly until driver updates. Slipstreamed SATA drivers into 2 windows xp disks (1. home 2. pro). All drivers install fine, except I am unable to install video. I also have a "problem" exclamation mark in Device Manager against: "Mobile Intel ® PM965/GM965/GL960 PCI Express Root Port 2A01" which on investigation throws up the error "cannot find enough free resources it can use..etc,etc) I have tried using both SATA slipstreamed iso disks I made. Both Home and Pro versions of XP installed fine with no issues. Hovewer same problem persists with the driver and exclamation point. I am unable to install video drivers in both cases. Ive used the driver packs I've found on the interten and no video driver has worked, even laptopvideo2go driver didnt work. Same error about not enough resources as stated above. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know. Thank you.
