Drivers causing Freezes

Hi there I have a problem with the latest nvidia drivers causing about 30 seconds of freezing in XP when you boot up into the OS. I remember there being a fix for this by simply deleting an nvidia process from startup in the registry. Can anyone remember which process it was that needs deleting?
