modified inf for 169.17 or any 160 series driver don't working for nvidia GeForce Go 6150

Every time i use the modified .inf 169.17 or any of the 160 series drivers i get the blue screen with the error ***STOP: 0x0000007f (0x00000000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)

why in the world do i get this message every time i use the modified .inf on a laptop. :)

my laptop:

hp pavilion dv6110us

nvidia GeForce Go 6150

and turion64 X2

windows vista ultimate

current driver working: 169.13 with modified .inf from 165.01

last usable driver 97.95

don't know the hardware id

trying to install 169.17 on a hp dv6110us with the modified driver

p.s the 165.13 will only work if i use a modified version of the modified .inf from 165.01.
