Can't intall the "Graphics Virtual Address problem" patch

Hi guys,

I have a satellite x200 with vista 32. Almost everysingle game keeps crashing and obviously its driving me mad. The problem seems to be the one mentioned above, but the thing is that Vista refuses to install the patch. I just get a message saying "The update does not apply to your system." as if I am tryin to install the patch for 64. Can some one help me out with this please??

Are you sure you don't already have it installed?

Well, games can crash for reasons other than what that hotfix is designed to fix. You should probably check if you already have that hotfix installed. You can check from the Windows Update section in the control panel. If it's listed there, then your crashes are probably related to something else.

Hmm, thanks for the heads up. Turns out you're right.. Though any ideas why almost everysingle game crashes just out of the blue?? (Crashes usually on loading screens.. Shouldn't it be a memory problem??)
