steve1001
hi all, have me a new laptop, an alienware area 51 7950gtx sli (2x512 geforce 7950) got 2gb ram, core duo 2.0ghz, rais 0 stripe. winxp 32bit problem is, whenever i try to run crysis, it loads extremely slowly ( i`m talking about 10-15mins to the menu screen), then just locks up. ive poured through thre threads here but still cannot find a driver to try. at the moment i`m using a beta driver: m9750_Nvidia_XP_167.46_BETA and i cant for the life of me figure out how, and what to change it to to try to improve the performanvce. p.s. if i reinstall the backup i received from alienware - the whole OS - i can run crysis ONE time only with no problems, if i reboot, i get the same issuas as described above. i`m at my wits end, can anyone hep? pps. bioshock runs fine for about 10 mins, then i get a CTD...... any help would be much appreciated - especially a step by step. thanx steve Edited December 23, 2007 by steve1001
