Conq Posted January 2, 2008 Report Share Posted January 2, 2008 Guys, small question. I am now here and |I just downloaded the 169.09 driver. I have an 8600M GS card in my HP Dv9660eb lap top. I could not find 8600M GS under the listed drivers. Only found 8600GS. Would that be ok? any difference? Also, I downloaded HD avi video clips and when I play them (I only ran them on the lap top screen), the quality seems the same as normal avi? is this normal? Lastly, before updating the drivers , I could see under nVidia panel a menu for TV settings. i,e HD type 720p, 1080p..etc...this has disappeared with the new driver and when I reverted to the original driver, it was not there.
