aesoo Posted January 7, 2008 Report Share Posted January 7, 2008 Hello. I've just upgraded my amilo 3438 to a 7900 Go GS. This one past all games test successfully (Havoc Games -Hl²,Css,etc...), and some recents games. I had no heat problem (max heat : 80°c). But yesterday, i tried on Workd of Warcraft, and a strange thing occured : At the Login screen, and character selection screen, my GPU annormaly heat, till the Computer had to shut down. But, if i go fast, to play before the computer shutdowns, there is no problems in game : the gpu stas below 80°C.... I tried to change drivers, but there is still the same problem : Login and character selection screens makes my GPU going insanely hoooot.
