Could not install driver for GeForce Go 6150 in Win XP 64

hi all,

I have tried about 3 difference version for my NVIDIA Geforce Go 6150 to work in Win Xp 64, but nothing worked. I tried 169.09, 156.83 and 84.25 which were promised to work for Win XP 64 bit processor, by the way, I am having AMD Turion 64 bit processor and my laptop model is Compaq V3228AU. I used the modified INF only. But they did not get properly installed and after installing, the only resolution available was 800 X 600 and 4 bit color depth.

When I went to Desktop Properties -> Setting, it showed two Display mode and the 1st was selected by default which did not any other option for resolution and color depth. But the second mode had all options, but I could not select that. If I select that and click okay, the first mode got selected and the setting were reverted to 800 X 600 and 4 bit of color depth.

It was the case for 169.09 and 84.25. I tried then 156.83. After installing it and rebooting my system, the system gets restarted before entering into the OS that is when the username\password is to be asked. I tried many times and failed.

Someone, please help me out. Is there any special INF for 64 bit? Or should I do some tweaking? What should I do to get this work. Please help me.
