coversall2 Posted January 15, 2008 Report Share Posted January 15, 2008 Im using an Acer Aspire 7520 with a Nvidia GeForce 7000m. Some how or another (cant really remember) but the driver got uninstalled. I went to the Acer website and down loaded the 32 bit Vista driver and tried to install it. but when the setup starts an error message pops up sayin that I am not running Vista 32 bit. I am. I tried the 64 bit driver but the same problem occured. Anyone had this problem?? Any advice would awesome. Thanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Guest nvidia Posted February 15, 2008 Report Share Posted February 15, 2008 install the driver manually first, by copying the files to your desktop. then go to your Device Manager and install the driver manualy. that should install the driver, then run the acer setup and it will install the nvidia software. i run an acer 5520 and had the same problem when i changed to windows xp. hope that works for you Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
