Byrds6
Has anyone tried with the 7600go yet? I still use 169.12 and wonder if these are any better or not.
Guest bugman
This driver is NOT recommended for desktops. Was running 169.25 - 3Dmark2006 - 18700 174.51 - 3DMark2006 - 18000 This is with a E8400 and dual 8800GTX's in sli
BobJ
worth updating from 174.31?
Guest AK
Does this work with Crysis on a 64bit system? I just tested this with crysis 64 bit, with settings all high apart from shadow, texture and object detail at medium. fastest performance so far compared to previous 17x.xx series drivers. Zolutar
works great for my 8800gtx sli, great performance, noticed no bugs
Guest Mystery_Man
Still no luck with my 8800M GTS, installer still says this is not for vista. :)
mobilenvidia
You have replaced the original INF with the modded one ? A vital step, often forgotten. Your GPU is supported as long as you have the NVIDIA_G92.DEV_0609.1 = "NVIDIA GeForce 8800M GTS"
Guest Mystery_Man
Yup sure did remember that, I've tried the executable, tried forcing the driver through device manager. When using device manager it finds the driver, sees the card, then errors out saying the drier is not for vista. :)
BobJ
so, still no reply worth updating from 174.31?
wbelac
I'd say yes, but I was having some display corruption issues with 174.31. I don't remember exactly, but I think performance is at least the same. I have the 256 MB version, but I think it still applies.
