I will tell you up front that I am not as computer literate as I should be, and am confused how this will help resolve my issue. Once the appropriate changes are made to the "LaptopVideo2Go_LogFile.txt" output file, how or where do I put this file so it will change the video card settings? I have looked at a million forums which tell you how to get the data from your computer, but none of them tell you how to fix it when you get that far... Please let me know if I am missing something here. Thanks!! Sorry, it wont let me attach the file because it says it is larger than 2 MB even though it is only like 16 KB. That#s a given restriction which is pretty useful as else everybody (like guests) would spam the forums with offtopic attachments like p*** pics or viruses :) It#s like in real world. By the way this is totally offtopic and i need to split your posts. What is your laptop make and model? Try posting the content of the NERD logfile.
