Guest okcomp
:) Merci d'avance. If it is necessary, i can try to translate my message in english. Bye.

Guest Okcomp
Ok i'll try to translate. Sorry by advance... Hello, I'm facing some difficulties with my portable computer. It's an ASUS, and graphc card is an nVidia, Ge Force Ge 73000. It seems that no uploader are existing on the official web site of asus or of nVidia. Then i have discover this forum. Due to long research, i finally understood that some uploader existed on this forum for my graphic card, but i didn't succeed in the download. The download doesn't work on is own, and (that is what i understood) i have to follow some stape to succeed in the installation. But due to my bad english, i haven't succeed. So i'm asking if someone here is able to explain me how to do (i'm also not very performant in informatique so it's not evident), and if it is possible, to tell me which one is teh best graphic card for my computer. Think you so much by advance!! :) Doume from france.
cyclone93
you are very lucky i do french at my school for gcse lol :P ok i will help you, first of all go to www.laptopvideo2go.com and click on download drivers ( you made a mistake by putting 1 too many 0s in your card. its the geforce go 7300, you are welcome) then go to the top left panel and click on your operating system eg windows vista 32bit. then click on the top driver in the column (should be 169.09). download that, then next to it you should see a modded inf, download that aswell. after you have downloaded both, extract the driver onto your desktop. then copy the modded inf and paste it into the 169.09 folder. NOTE: AFTER YOU HAVE EXTRACTED IT THERE SHOULD BE A NEW FOLDER WITH NUMBERS: 171.XX, GO INTO THAT AND THERE WILL BE A FOLD CALLED 169.09 OR 169.12. after you have copied and pasted it NOTE: IT WILL SAY IF YOU WANT TO REPLACE ANOTHER FILE THAT IS ALSO IN THE FOLDER, CLICK YES then scroll down and click the setp.exe, from then on, click yes for everything and should install into your laptop merci beaucoup beacoup beacoup , un deux trois quatre cinq six sept huit neuf cent!! pardon, just showing off my french there! desole :) :) :P

Guest okcomp
Yes, and i put the file on the zip to extract. After i begin the setup.exe, and it's after that i have a message telling me what i was saying... like if i was downloading the wrong file, what is a real possibility. That's why i'm asking you if you know the good file for my computer. I'm going here to take my files : http://files.laptopvideo2go.com/xp64 I've tried with the first and the second, i have a message telling this : the installation programme nVidia can't have found the right pilote for your computer. The installation programme is going to stop.

Guest okcomp
Same message :dead: Whatever, think you for your rapidity and your disponibility. I don't know what to do. I think i'm gonna try all the GC... The matter is that when i play at a game, "pro cycling manager 2008", the game stop sometimes when the graphism is to hard or i don't know what. In other times, i have no problem with this GC. I had known the same think with PCM 07 and the first PCM...

®®®
Looks like a messed up driver install. Download suggested driver with modded INF and save it to a convenient location. Uninstall. Reboot to Safe Mode. Use multiple Driver Cleaners. Install new driver with modded INF. Use Have-Disk method as exactly explained in FAQ. Guest okcomp
Ok think you. I'm actually triying by an other way, reading and watching the explanation on the FAQ. At one moment of the installation, i've to choose between a lot of Ge Force Ge 7300 (GS, GT, LS, SE...). Could you tell me wich one i have to choose? Added to that, i have a message telling me that the GC is not verified by microsoft or i don't know what, and if the download doesn't work, my computer may risk to bug. Did i have to take this message seriously? Think you. I prefer wait for your answers before going ahead.
Andrew55
1.Choose the GS as I'm quite sure that is your card 2.It is just a warning message saying that the drivers are not verified by microsoft. Don't take it on, just accept.
Guest okcomp
Think you so much all of you guys, IT HAS WORK!!!!! Now, i just have to check if the matter was really this one for the game.
