jsffan Posted April 22, 2008 Report Share Posted April 22, 2008 My Sony Vaio VGN-FZ15G has a 8400GT 128mb graphics card. I have been using 167.43 for a while now and it has been good. I was wondering though have any of the drivers brought out since produce a performance boost for the 8400GT? I am mainly looking at directx 9 gaming not 10 and that I am not interested in overclocking or H.264 decoding (HD). Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
DriverDummy Posted April 22, 2008 Report Share Posted April 22, 2008 I have a Sony SZ 680 with the 8400M GS so I'm not sure if your results will be on par with mine. The 174.93 drivers have been the best for me so far. 3dmark05/06 as well as the games I've played. (Stalker, CS:S, CS). I'd recommend them to you beings as how you're working with a Sony machine aswell. :) If you decide to give them a shot let us know how they work!
