JackTR
Same here, I just got 3DMark Vantage basic edition, so I hope I can test the new drivers soon with it. With 174.60 my lappie got a little bit to hot. Hopefully this driver will fix that problem. :) Edited April 28, 2008 by JackTR
KowaSkill
I'm looking for the INF Modified too ! I tried to install on Vista X86 using INF from 174.74 and it worked...... did it ? it shows that i have the 174.74 version but it used the 175.12 drivers and stuff to install everything.... so i want to know ...... what i have now ? what it shows or what it used to install the new version ????? ByronGman
I believe, that when it shows the old version it didn't install completely. It happened to me once but it wasn't a catastrophe or anything, I don't really know if it makes any difference at all what it shows or what you used. If you want to be super sure just do it again when the new INF comes out. :-)
KowaSkill
I think i Installed the new drivers but with the different INF and i got some glichers in Crysis and the FPS is too slow comparing to the 174.74. So i think it di'dn't install correctly. I wil wait for the correct INF and install it again to run crysis the best i can ( not good but better on XPS 1730 ). Thanks

KowaSkill
I'm just waiting for the INF. I have a SLI 8700M GT 256 mb each and maybe i can get more fps with crysis. I'm playing it just now that i got V1.2 and some FPS more than before with some tweaks.
odin607
looks like NVIDIA's starting to play around with "over dual" GPU combinations... hmmmm this should be interesting
andygb40
I've just installed, tried a few games, then uninstalled these drivers. Powermizer seems to be underclocking my card after a few mins of play as the frame rate starts wonderfully high then drops drastically. Checked GPU speeds and yep, running on 2D clock settings at this point. I'm not really that surprised as I have the exact same problem with all of the 174 series drivers past 174.16. Looks like it may be a fault somewhere with my system, possibly windows but I'm not prepared to go reinstalling windows again just to see. I'll just live with the fact that I have a good working notebook with 174.16 drivers. For everyone else, give it a go, the performance increase was exceptional before Powermizer kicked in. tuntun
ok..will try now..does this mean you did fom scratch both INF and drivers? thanks
mobilenvidia
Driver is same as on nVidia website but compressed more. INF I build from scratch to make sure the tricky control panel will work. Will be good to know if it does, as I can't test 32bit Vista
tuntun
I just installed successfully. I can see device manager reflected as "7.15.11.7512" dated 23/4/2008. I can see control panel. My OS is Vista Business 32 bit. Let u know any game updates later. thanks
c0ding
Hi all. It's my first post. :) I decide to start my contribution with the forum :-) I upgrade my driver version from 174.53 to this, and this post is to tell that, in my system, with modded inf, the driver don't work fine. The GPU don't start the "3G engine", running with battery, maybe the driver don't work with power mizer... :) The brightness don't work fine too, need to set it manualy... I read that 174.74 maybe fine and going to that... Stay cool. ps: Hmmm, I put the AC adapter and the GPU work properly... any sugests? reinholt
Results so far: First of all I got BSOD crash after installation :) (EDIT: BSOD with every shutdown) 3dmark 06 results also good. 174.12 174.31 174.74 174.82 174.93 175.12 3302 3565 3555 3558 3552 3562 1377 1416 1417 1415 1416 1417 1291 1311 1305 1307 1310 1310 1248 1922 1907 1918 1874 1915 Cant seem to get the vantage benchmark working. Always cancels benchmark during the scary music :P But I hope this driver fixed the COD4 crash issue. No time to play now, but will let u know if I get a chance. cheers! Edit: COD4 not only crashes but also turnes FPS to 4 or less :) so it's a very bad driver for my gpu. Edited May 3, 2008 by reinholt

AlexasusG1
:) Good job Mobilenvidia, inf works fine. My go 7700 is definitely above 3000 pts 3Dmark06 (3011) with stable overclocking. Heat less than 174.93. Powermizer OK (not in 174.93) I'm very happy of these drivers.
