It seems to me like its flying in the dark for me. First of all I have the following things: X1800 Card MXM III slot motherboard Air Duster Can Some Screwdrivers Thermal Grease Anti Static Wrist Band Ok I know I have to remove all the screws securing the Heatsink however when I do that it seems like its still being held in place by something is there glue or something else holding the Heatsink down? Should I just give it a firm pull? Next thing : what the heck is a dremel and where do I need to cut something off of the heatsink? I need detailed instructions on that part as the ones on MXM are a bit vague. Why do I need to cut something off? About the heat issue? Can I not get the fan to turn on immediately when booted or like to goto high power when CPU reaches 15 degrees??? Or could I get a notebook cooler?
