Starym99
I recently bought an Asus M50SV notebook and it came with the Nvidia Geforce 9500M GS video card. I am downgrading to windows XP, and just need a driver compatible with XP. I'm not a newbie to drivers, but for some reason I am just playing hell finding one that works. Can anyone point me directly to the page by URL if possible? Much appreciated, SPC/E-
CooLMinE
http://forums.laptopvideo2go.com/index....showtopic=18547 which are MS WHQL Certificate (not for laptops but still) http://forums.laptopvideo2go.com/index....showtopic=18611 the ones i use since they seem more stable for my system. Guest Guest
I had no success with either of those :)
Guest Guest
Actually I noticed that the PCI Express node that my 9500M is on is actually disabled in XP due to a lack of resources. No driver install is working for me because the video card is actually partially disabled :) Maybe your laptop is like mine and the BIOS isn't set up to play nice with XP? Dox
make sure you download the modded inf within the same thread and replace that into the extracted driver folder.
