A Soon-To-Break 8600M GS?

Hi guys, my laptop spec is on the left...

The driver i use is 175.12 for Vista x64...

The 8600M GS is a GDDR3 version, core/shader/RAM @ 500/1000/700 default, no overclock was made...

Recently the monitor filled with artifact (whole screen) while i was playing games...

Games that i played are R6:Vegas 2, CnC3:Kane's Wrath, Cabal Online, KartRider, Trackmania Nation Forever.

The artifact appeared while i was playing Trackmania...

since then, it will appear after playing a game for sometime...

Now i am suspecting that the GPU overheated, but the laptop doesn't feel hotter than normal...

and i can't check for the temp of the GPU, even with ATi Tool or GPU-Z, so i cannot confirm my suspicious...

Any comments guys??

Btw, i ve juz installed 175.80 and see how it goes...

drivers installed with out a problem, using 175.80 for vista x64...

then out of a sudden all the artifact came up, BSOD, reboot, even post screen is filled with artifact... GREAT!!! JUST GREAT!!!

now i ve to waste time to go to the service center
