Guest Rhetorical115
I am running a 8600M GT and got an error message the other day saying my driver was out of date and that i needed to update to at least 169.21, but i look at the list and there is no driver to match this number. Currently running Vista 32 home with 167.59 installed. Any help would be great, the game i am turning to run with out problem is AoC. Guest Guest
I was getting the exact same issue, but not sure if it was AOC not having the support for certain laptop drivers or not...no response from them.
Michael Marley
When it says that, it is indicating that you just need to keep your driver up to date. If I were you, I would download 177.35, and, using the Modded INF from 177.26, install it. Then, the message will go away and you will most likely get better performance. Guest Rhetorical115
The actual error that i get is this: "The currently detected video driver version (nVidia Display Driver release 167.59) is known to behave unstably with our game. It is highly recommended you update your video drivers to at least version nVidia Display Driver ForceWare release 169.21 or later."
Michael Marley
I was just saying it is not necessary to pick that exact driver. Just get the latest and you should be fine.
