Fan fails with every driver

Hey all, hope you guys can help me.

I just installed vista x64 Ultimate, and i found out that my gpu fan doesnt work anymore in my laptop.

I've tried old and new drivers to see if it works but it won't work.

The fan is not broken because it runs 100% during the bootup.

For some reason it quits when microsoft starts loading.

I have a Go7600 in a toshiba Satellite Pro P100-376.

Please help out thx in advance :) .

Ps. windows xp 64 bit had it working with driver 169.09, why doesnt the 169.09 work with the ultimate vista edition?

I think I remember reading a thread about someone having the same problem as you with the same videocard on a similar laptop. Have you tried searching?

Yes i've read it but if I read it right he had 100% or nothing at all, I don't have anything.

And he used 32 bit Vista

Okey, 5 hours since i started finding a driver, 3 hours since i opened this post.

I'm running at an end, i've tried most 169 and 167 drivers, some 158 and 157, toshiba 32 bit vista driver version > looked it up here for 64 bit.

All a no go, currently running 175.12

If anyone has any more ideas please say so i've been at it for 7 hours now... i'm out of ideas
