Guest Chris
First let me say I'm not a computer expert my any means. My issue is this. I have had my XPS 1530 for a month and a half. I had no issues with the laptop playing COD4 until I had to reload Vista due to stupidity on my part. Since I reloaded Vista the computer overheats and shuts down whenever I play COD4 and SWAT4. I presently have the following driver for my video card: 7.15.11.7957. I have been reading over the discussion boards and see that different drivers may not work right for different cards. First, is this the right driver? If not, which one is right or which one may resolve my issue. According to the Tech help at Dell, I need to return my computer for and replace the motherboard, processor, heatsink/fan and thermal pad. Just looking for some ideas, because I'm presently in Afghanistan and my computer is the window to the outside world. Thanks, cgbwell@ptd.net

Andrew55
105 is really hot though. If the updated bios doesn't help then ring dell.
