rjechoes
Hey everyone, I'm having an issue with my HP Pavillion DV9030us Entertainment Notebook. I had it in hibernation mode and when opening the screen it never woke up. ONLY the screen will not power on as the LED's light up and it booted up with sound and all. I then plugged in an external Compaq monitor and blamoo, there was the desktop. So after hitting (function+f4) several times and seeing the monitor switch come up above the clock on the EXTERNAL monitor it never switches to the laptop screen. After reading several posts here I decided to uninstall the graphic drivers (GO 7600 on Windows XP Media Center) , they uninstalled and system re-started. NOW, when laptop is loading it says there are system files missing and says to re-install the drivers. How can I get the machine to a system restore prompt? Please help! zipper
As my lappie has none, I got an Iso via torrent and have rescued my Vista (sucker...) already twice.
