CloudVN
Recently i realized that all the forceware driver 170 have the same problem with the share memory of gpu, the control panel keeps telling me that my gpu can share up to a total of 1791 mb which means 1279 from system memory, i have 8600m gt with 512 mb ddr2 and actually it can share up to a total of 1280 mb ram not 1791 mb ram, and some time the driver even down clock the core and memory clock while i'm playing games or using 3D software like 3D max. wook
If you are using XP... simply disable powermizer in the control panel. unfortunately using Vista, you will have to go to this website, and edit some registry settings. http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread...1929&page=5 In most cases this will fix your issue.
