As the topic say, I'm using a Dv9500 and I just downgraded my laptop from Vista to XP, got everything working except for the video, which is a GeForce 7150M / 630M. Whenever I try to force install a driver with the modded INF my laptop kind of crash and restarts, everytime. And when I install the driver without the modded INF it installs normally, but I keep getting lags game-wise, I used to play WoW when I had vista with settings lowered and it was smooth, now with the driver (without modded INF) it lags and stutters. Guest PsychoJO Posted August 2, 2008 Report Share Posted August 2, 2008 I currently have the 156.80 installed (Without Modded INF). I tried using different drivers from this site, but all of them having the same effect when I replace the original Mod INF file. I "THINK" it's a crash, but it normally just restarts my computer before it can even complete the installation, and some drivers (forgot which ones), kept restarting my computer in an endless loop whenever windows xp runs.
