Question - Is their a simple list of laptop drivers?

Hi ,

I am currently helping a mate upgrade to Windows XP 32bit

since his laptop got bundled with Vista POS 32bit

Its running like a dog and its chewing resources .

Which Nvidia Driver and Your custom INF file do I need

to install onto XP for an Asus M50SV-AS162G

which has an Nvidia GF 9500 M graphic card on it .

Ive waded thou your site and there seems to be a lot

(maybe TOO MUCH) posts and info , I just need to simply

know what driver and inf file supports the 9500 M laptop graphic card.

I would recommend using the 177.79 driver, along with the Modded INF which can be downloaded from that page.

All drivers on this site work if you use the modified inf along with it. Usually the latest drivers are the best (most fixes), however they make have small problems with various applications which may mean you should dload an earlier driver. It's mostly trial and error really.
