Guest Zach
I was going to update the driver on my Nvidia 9500M GS, so I uninstalled the driver and rebooted. When I started up again, the device manager wasn't even listing my video card so I can't install the new driver. It's currently running on VGA but I have no idea how to get the laptop to recognize the 9500M GS. Any help would be much appreciated. I've already tried uninstalling the driver for the VGA, but on reboot it still only tries to install a basic driver on the VGA.
Michael Marley
When you uninstall the Nvidia graphics driver, Windows uses the Standard VGA driver in order to give you a graphical interface with which to install a new driver. You should be able to install a new NV driver right now, just make sure you use the Modded INF.
