Have you installed the modded inf? What version of ntune are you using?

Try it and see. I don't have that card and therefore cannot say that it can or can't but it should.

Just great.. I tried.. but apperently there is a know BUG with ntune and vista x64.. which ends in a huge bluescreen of death because of a ntune dll :/ no hope there i guess

Whatever is in the file should load, unless a bios block is causing this, then you will not be able to overclock unless you flash another (newer most likely) version of bios. also are you sure you loaded the right profile?

yes im sure ive been playing around trying to get it to work for a while now, and it cant be a bios block as i can still overclock with the 169.04 driver, everyone is having success except me.

load original profile (or restart) that should fix your problem. Try overclocking with rivatuner then.

you must edit the memory speed also even by as little as 1MHz or it won't work.

thanks :) works perfectly

are the setting you put safe for me to put if i dont have a cooling pad?

Yes, those settings are safe. I would suggest 435/675 though.

What do you guys suggest for 7150M / 630M (if possible)? This thread from what it seems is about overclocking 7000M / 610M which is similar, but I think the 7150M has more power-saving features than the other. :) When I set the numbers and run nTune and load the profile, my screen turns black and the laptop restarts. :)

GPU Clock: 425 MHz at stock settings

try 500MHz and then go up by 10MHz untill you see strange things on your screen then come down by 50MHz

i try not to clock the memory speed if its shared graphics i just do it by 1MHz otherwise the method at the start won't work.

Okay I'll try that and I think you said "176.34" in your first post, but in the image it says 176.37. Is that a typo?

Well spotted :)

Yes it was a typo ( i was very tired ) and looking at the screen for too long makes your eyes go funny lol

Reason for edit: is 4am and i had typos again :)
