Latitude D830 NVS 135M Driver Installation Prompt Every Boot Up

I have loaded 177.89 Vista x32 driver with modded INF to my Dell Latitude D830 with Quadro NVS 135M, everything works fine, only thing is my Vista upon boot up. Will prompt Device Detected, Driver Software Installation then it will show Quadro NVS 135M Installed.

How can I get rid of this ? (I have tried Driver Sweep in safe mode a couple of times, none works)

Vista 32bit business SP1
