Halo360Fan Posted October 23, 2008 Report Share Posted October 23, 2008 ok I installed 177.92 for my 9500MGS all seemed well until halo 2 and gears of war are acting funny. I thought of something I never unitalled my stock drivers. Could this be causing my problems? If not what other drivers can I try? To uninstall a driver Can I go to control pannel to go uninstall a program go to nvisia drivers and uninstall then restart then install the new driver? Is this the corrct way to uninstall a driver or do I unintall in a differnt way? I have vista home perium 32bit Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
coolcop06 Posted October 23, 2008 Report Share Posted October 23, 2008 well for me i do it the same way you did it and it pretty much always works fine... but i think your really supposed to uninstall driver, boot in safe mode and run a driver sweeper, then boot normally and install new driver, restart, and everythings a go.
