Nvidia physx and ageia physx

is there any point of having a ageia physx card if you have the Nvidia pyhsx, thx the any info :)

A dedicated PhysX card means the GPU doesn't have to handle those calcs and is more available for other tasks.

Ageia is owned by Nvidia now.
