just bought it today, 1599 Euros. I assume this a cut edition for local retailer here due to the 667 RAM and no gaming backpack/mouse.

Besides the bad display viewing angle and contrast I have no complaints. Fans are running silent, my prevous Clevo m570ru was much noisier.

However coming from the Clevo and an Dell XPS Gen2 the G70-SG display is really an disappointment.

Benchmark results (Vista32)

Not to sure about eruo to USD but i think thats a bit high for marginal increase in performance for a price like that (think that's like $2,014.02 USD so USD. :)

Not a bad comp besides the viewing angle but i'll stay with my Qosmio. DDR3 ram FTW.

Expected that to do a little higher sense it was a 2.6ghz and a 9800M GTS, price to performance think my laptops best one to get so far. :)

All an all, $999 USD laptop vs a 2,014.02 laptop.. mine wins hands down price to performance ratio.
