Guest sczakiju
Hello Guys, I have an issue with my MSI-GX620 and its Nvidia 9600M GT. If i check the PCIe Bandwidth with external power connection GPUZ shows me PCIe 16x @ 16x but if i disconnect the cable it's PCIe x16@x1. If i disconnect the cable while i am playing CS:S or any other game the FPS immediately reduce to a 10, so i am unable to play. I deactivated any Power Saving Controls in my BIOS and the Powermizer but I have still the same issue. I hope you can help me to fix this problem. Best regards Julian PS: I hope you'll understand my german english :)

Guest Guest
Sorry i have to add that i found out that the GPU and VRAM is underclocked on battery modus too. So it's not only the PCIe bandwidth

Guest Guest
Yes thank you but i have already installed all the drivers and the control manager. I'll try the BIOS Update thanks but i think this won't help. Maybe i should update my VGA Bios?
Galdere
Yeah that'd be worth trying if you are running out of options.
