mobilenvidia
Sorry guys made a booboo with this release. One of the files got renamed wrong and it's affected in all 4 versions. nvpvenc.ax is the proper name, in the previous download it was nvpvenc (ie no extension) If you have already downloaded it and get the file not found error, just rename the file as above with the extension and all will be well. I'm uploading the updated files now. Must update our file zipper to recognise this new file type.
Michael Marley
.ax files are audio/video codecs. I wonder what this is for...

Andrew55
Are you using the modded inf?
Michael Marley
Nvidia pure video encoder. Duh! *hits self in head* This is quite a development though. Hopefully, it means nV will soon release a CUDA-accelerated Video Encoder.

This was just a part of the Problem with the .ax. It's the same error like the not fixed driver before. The system tell there is a missing file ore something like that. The specific error is "Error by the Installation of the Driversoftware for this device". because a File is missing ore something like that. I hope you can fix it once again. Thank you. Guest 2random
I just tried downloading this fix, but I don't even have the NvPVEnc file without the .ax extension in what I downloaded. Does anyone have this file? Or where can I get it? I tried downloading from lap2go again, but it still wasn't there.
Guest vc
Found NvPVEnc.ax_ from "181.20_geforce_winvista_64bit_english_whql.exe". I think this driver was download from NVidia site related to Hybrid SLi. Can't remember the exact site now. Believe you can find it. :)
