More info is needed to answer that question. What are your gaming temps? Vista or XP? What games and when are you getting the problem?

gaming temps are around 90c. have vista 32bit, and it is in all games. the problem comes after 2 minuts of gaming, then it start to stutter with all other drivers then 163.67, but the 163.67 have bad performance.

Looks like a powermizer issue, try to see if the 179.14 drivers fix your problem, if not then another solution will be considered.

The only thing i suspected was either powermizer or a faulty gpu and you're sure your temps only go up to 90C during or is that temp immediately after you're done with a game?

Yeah, the downclocking was as a result of powermizer. So both refer to the same thing.

Also, try the 179.13. It seems to have provided relief for some users. Refer here:
