nukeleearr
I was using an older driver version that I downloaded from this site a few months ago, but for some reason windows automatic update installed new video drivers which were absolutely terrible. So I downloaded and installed 180.84 with the modified INF... it installed without issues but when I ran a game after I rebooted, my computer crashed. After that, I checked NVIDIA control panel and it's completely blank.. Anyone know what's with this? I have a quadro NVS 135M and a Latitude D630 if that helps. I can't remember the version # of the old driver I was using but it's about 2 months~ old Cheers! wdowek
try to uninstall driver first and make a clean install maybe that would help.if not you must try another driver. 180.84 is not working very good for me too
zipper
Probably there were conflicting files from the old driver so uninstalling, cleaning in safe mode and reinstalling again is the cure. But that Windows trying to install a driver by default is really irritating - my lappie tries to install some 101.xx when angry, 174.70 when nice... Guest Jules
Hi there. I downloaded 180.84 when I tried to install it it said the Nvidia setup program could not locate any driver that are compatible with your current hardware. I uninstalled my last driver and tried it again but still no go. What do I do?

Guest Denver66
I installed on my laptop (HP Pavillion 9500t/Core 2 Duo 2ghz/Ge Force 8600GS) the last version of the 180.84, specially for GTA4. It works well, but my laptop cannot get out of sleep mode and I got blue screen every time. I changed back to old drivers, but BSOD still appears!!!!!Why does it happen? Claw
Uninstall, use Driver Sweeper and install your old drivers back.
