Problem Help! please

Ok guys. So I downloaded RivaTuner in hopes of doing the operation located here:http://forums.laptopvideo2go.com/index.php?showtopic=18776

I Rom strapped from 427 to 425 and now my pc wont recognize the nvidia 8400 gs card. Can someone please help me revert these simple changes?

PS: RivaTuner says : "GPU1: Unattached Device" and shows me only graphic subsystem and hardware monitoring"
