I need an upgrade for my Alien m5550, and I have been looking at the 9600m GT for a while. first question: Bunch of forums are filled with info how to flash it to ACER Vbios. why is this so impiortant? is ACER Vbios the magical version that works with all laptops? second question: will it work with a m5550? Would not want to buy the card and then find out it is not compatible with my laptop.. Yes, i know that in _theory_ it's MXM III and it should work, but it is still almost 200 bucks, so it would be nice if someone who actually has tried this would comment :) Thanks in advance!
