Pistino01
well im no expert but id say that this is impossible on a notebook ... it can only be done on notebooks that are specifically made for overclocking , like the Dell XPS M1730 , which can overclock up to 3.4Ghz... Im sorry i have dissapointed you but i cant change it :) ... Thx, Pistino01
ACP0WER
actually the PLL is different for every MB. you must open your notebook and identify the PLL. hope it helps.

Having overclocked a Montivina (PM45) with Socket P CPU by 25% via simple hardware modifications (no software used) I have to say it can be quite easy. Guest cash
you can use setfsb to do it http://www13.plala.or.jp/setfsb/ look in the readme for you leptop model, then choose the proper chipset in the progam, you can tweak the fsb also make sure you test your setting!! Guest wacky maky
hi there, Over at the acer 8930g owners lounge forum we have tried many ways of overclocking the P8600 on the pm45 and the best answer seems to be use SetFSB , HOWEVER, w have sent requests to Abo (creator of the program) to support the PLL but this has not come through yet. I can pretty much safely say that nonw of the other clock generators work in stead after much trialing... but if youve found some other way please tell me! :)
