Textures are flashing all over the place there are random blotches of black and colour. At first i thought my graphics cards had overheated or been damaged but the performance is fine in other games. Au_Xtr3me Posted February 26, 2009 Report Share Posted February 26, 2009 (edited) It may be a driver error or incompatibility. Try reinstalling your drivers. Also check your temperatures as the demo may not be fully optimised and may be straining your computer. Galdere Posted February 26, 2009 Report Share Posted February 26, 2009 The demo is definitely not fully optimised, as beta testers have said they have a better performing version. Can't say how the demo goes for me sorry, as it is Steam only, and I don't do Steam. Have pre-ordered the game. What driver are you using? Try as Oztreme says above, changing to the latest if you aren't already using them, making sure you use driver sweeper in safe mode ofc. Originally i had the 182.06 drivers which caused all sorts of problems I am now using the 179.43 the windows 7 wddm 1.1 drivers. Its quite a step back but the demo works smoothly, will just have to wait for some working drivers to come out.
