Jeremy28092 Posted March 6, 2009 Report Share Posted March 6, 2009 I have an acer extensa 4620z I purchased it used I upgraded it to windows 7 ultamite 64bit and I bought 4 gigs of ram pc6400 800 mhz and when I tried to install the ram I got the blue screen of death I need to get in the bios and the guy I purchased it from is nowhere to be found and he has a password on it so I need to get it off pls help Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
