nVidia geForce 9100

Hi,

I've got the "Video Controller (VGA Compatible)" error after downgrading from Vista to XP Home SP2. I managed to get rid of the other half-dozen or so device driver errors but can't conquer this one.

I've been through all (okay, some) of the topics on here and have tried installing 182.08 with a modded driver and all that did was change the error location from "Other Devices" to "Display Adapter".

I can find almost all other geForce cards listed in the various driver updates but don't find the 9100 or 8100P for some reason.

I have an HP Pavillion a6702f with an AMD Triplecore Phenom X3 8550 processor.

Motherboard is an Asus Violet-GL8E version 3.02 (aka: Pegatron M2N78-LA) with an nVidia 8100P, AMD K10 chipset.

Video adapter = nVidia geForce 9100 (256 MB)

3D Accelerator = nVidia geForce 8100P

GPU code name = C78 (Integrated 10DE / 0847, Rev A2)

Any help / advice will be greatly appreciated.

Jerm.

Hello,

New driver for GeForce9100 is now available at nVidia download page.

The new version is 182.50 or 182.46.

Old driver version of your 182.08 does not support it.
