Adaneth Posted March 31, 2009 Report Share Posted March 31, 2009 Hey guys, I'm new here. So, yesterday I was watching a movie on my LCD TV via my Acer laptop. Everything was going fine until suddenly I had a strange red color all over my TV. I'm using a DVI output and the HDMI input on my LCD TV, cause I think it is a lot better quality than a normal analog computer screen cable. I don't have the problem with the analog cable though, only with the DVI cable. It's very strange, cause it just happened from one second to the other. I changed cables and drivers, but still same problem. I also tried to use the other HDMI input on my TV. The TV seems to be fine, normal colors on the normal TV program. I'm attaching a picture of the strange color, it seems to be some kind of red color. It's there on everything including movies and games. It's not there on my laptop screen of course.
